1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are factory and has been engaging in the packaging and printing field for 20 years, and we have professional and mature products skill.
2. Can we get your free samples?
Yes, you can. Our free sample can be provided to test quality. But the freight need to paid by buyers. The way we send it to you is via express, you can also call your local express to pick up samples from our office.
3. Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
Yes, You can. We could offer 1-9 color off-set printing by fully-automatic production line.
4. What is the normal lead time?
For stock items, we will send goods to you within 1-2 days after your payment. For customized bottle, we will ship within 25 days.
5. What is your shipping terms?
A. For small trial order, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc can be provided.
B. For larger order, we can arrange shipment by sea or air as per customer's request.
6. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We do leak test for 3 times before packing, make sure leakage proof.
