1,After you receive the goods,in 7-10days,once you discovery defects of products,you can use your phone taking a picture to record it and contact with us as soon as possible.we can do our best to solved it for you

Forever: Yes, samples could be offered for free for 1-3 days. Regarding customized samples, sample fee will be determined by your printing artwork. It is 7-15 days for pre-production sample.

Forever: Yes. Different exterior finishes are available, such as matt, brushed, anodized, painted, polish and so on. Customized Logo or special designs are all available
